Winter Golf Trip - 2009
Let the Tournament Begin......

It's time to register for this year's winter golf trip. Many memories have been created in the past due to this blessed time of fellowship and we are looking forward to many more this year. We have a great package this year and hope that you will make arrangments to join us. The dates are set for Monday Dec. 28th through Wednesday Dec. 30th. Please view the details below and hopefully decide to go with us. There is limited space available and the slots go fast.

There are two steps for registration: 1) Click above to register with us. This will give us the information necessary to plan the details of the trip and tournament with. 2) Call the hotel to reserve your spot and make your payment.

The package cost is $165.31 and includes 3 rounds of golf with cart, breakfast for two days, and lodging. If you are bringing your family, charges will be slightly more. You will need to address this when you call the hotel. Otherwise, we will put you in a 3 bedroom condo with four golfers.

Monday, December 28th  
  6:15 AM -Meet at Mack’s (the old Shoney’s) for breakfast 
9:15 AM -Arrive at Blackbear for warmup
10:00 PM -First tee time
3:00 PM –All head to eat a late lunchr, go over scores, and start giving last place a hard time!
5:00 PM - Arrive at hotel, hangout, watch football, Krispy Kreme, etc.
7:00 PM – Dinner for those interested
Tuesday, December 29th  
  6:45 -Meet for buffet breakfast (included) at hotel
8:30 –Arrive at Tradition
9:04 –Tee Time
1:30 -Those who wish can play nine more holes
5:00 –Review Scores, Head to lunch
7:00 –Dinner/Retire to hotel, more football, basketball, etc.! 		 
Wednesday, December 30th  
  7:00 -Meet for breakfast (included)
8:30 -Arrive at Meadowlands
9:04 -First tee time
1:00 -Leave for home
1:30 –Trophy Presentation/Stop at ……. for dinner in Cherry Grove/Little River, Award trophy!
3:30 -Full steam ahead for Moore County
